Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PactHaven processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to account holders.
Information collected
PactHaven processes account details such as name, email, authentication records, profile preferences, subscription status, and workspace roles. It also processes contract terms, brand contacts, deliverables, invoices, signatures, uploaded-document analysis, and activity records you choose to create. Security records can include shortened user-agent data and one-way hashed IP information.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure accounts, generate and deliver documents, process signatures and subscriptions, send requested operational email, maintain audit history, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
PactHaven may share only necessary information with infrastructure and storage providers, Stripe for payments, Resend or the configured mail provider for email, and other integrations you explicitly enable. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. PactHaven does not sell personal information.
Document handling
Generated documents may be stored using configured local or object storage. For contract-review uploads, PactHaven discards the original upload and full extracted text after analysis and retains structured findings, brief excerpts, document metadata, and a derived hash as described in the product.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed to provide the account, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Account audit retention controls do not automatically delete contracts or signatures. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update profile information, change notification settings, export account audit activity, apply available retention controls, and cancel subscription renewal. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information may be submitted to the service operator. Certain records may be retained where legally required or needed to establish transaction integrity.
Children and changes
PactHaven is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated as the service and applicable requirements change; the revision date appears above.
